DelDOT Consultant Registration and DBE certification for consulting are separate issues. Information pertaining to obtaining DBE certification in Delaware can be obtained by contacting Amy Miller , DBE Administrative Specialist at 302.760.2035.

The Department encourages Certified DBE Consultants to register in order to participate in DelDOT agreements.
